These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://conradtrade.com/ and your purchase of products from our online store.

The Website and store are operated by Conradtrade LLC under the store name CONRADTRADE (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing the Website or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or place an order.

1. Eligibility and Customer Information

You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence to place an order.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during checkout, including your name, email address, telephone number, billing information, and shipping address.

You are responsible for reviewing your information before submitting an order and for keeping any customer-account credentials confidential.

We sell over-ear headphones and related audio products.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, specifications, features, colors, configurations, photographs, and prices accurately.

However:

Colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and screen settings;
Product dimensions and specifications may vary slightly between models;
Product features and configurations may differ by model;
Product packaging may vary depending on availability; and
Accessories or items shown with a product are not included unless specifically stated in the product description.

Customers should review the complete product description, specifications, compatibility information, and included items before ordering.

3. Product Use and Care

Our products are intended for ordinary personal listening and audio use.

Customers should use products according to the product description and any provided instructions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, customers should:

Follow the operating and charging instructions provided with the product;
Use compatible charging equipment;
Keep electronic products away from excessive moisture and heat;
Avoid dropping, crushing, modifying, or disassembling the product; and
Store and use the product in accordance with the applicable product instructions.

Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, improper charging, physical damage, improper storage, or use contrary to the product instructions may not be considered a product defect.

4. Product Availability

Products are offered subject to availability.

Placing a product in the shopping cart does not reserve it. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct availability information when reasonably necessary.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is submitted, we may cancel the affected item and issue a refund to the original payment method.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

An automated order-receipt email confirms that we received the order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

An order is accepted after payment has been successfully authorized and we confirm that the order can be fulfilled.

We may decline, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

Incorrect pricing or product information;
Payment-authorization problems;
Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity;
An incomplete or invalid delivery address;
Orders outside our supported shipping area;

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue the appropriate refund to the original payment transaction.

6. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in United States dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Applicable shipping charges and taxes will be displayed during checkout before the order is submitted.

We currently accept payments through PayPal only. PayPal processes payment information according to its own terms and privacy practices.

We do not directly store complete PayPal login credentials or complete payment-card information.

7. Pricing and Website Errors

We may correct typographical errors, inaccurate product information, pricing errors, availability errors, or other Website mistakes.

If an error materially affects an order, we may contact the customer to request confirmation or cancel the affected item and issue a refund.

We will not substitute a materially different product without the customer’s agreement.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We currently accept orders for delivery within our supported shipping area in the contiguous United States.

Processing time, shipping charges, estimated delivery periods, tracking, address problems, carrier delays, and shipping claims are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates.

9. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned according to our Return and Refund Policy.

Return eligibility depends on factors including the return-request date, product condition, signs of use, original components, and return authorization.

The Return and Refund Policy controls all return-shipping, inspection, damaged-product, exchange, and refund procedures.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Products purchased from the Website are intended primarily for personal use.

You may not use the Website or purchase products for fraud, unlawful export, unauthorized commercial resale, or other unlawful activity.

Wholesale or resale activity requires our prior written approval.

The Website and its content—including the store name, logo, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, text, layout, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to Conradtrade LLC and may be protected by intellectual-property laws.

Third-party names, logos, and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

14. Shopify, PayPal, and Third-Party Services

Our online store is hosted using Shopify’s ecommerce platform.

Shopify provides Website and checkout infrastructure but is not the seller of the products offered through CONRADTRADE. Purchases are transactions between the customer and Conradtrade LLC.

PayPal provides payment-processing services and is not responsible for product fulfillment, shipping, or returns.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for services or websites that we do not control.

15. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Information may be processed by Shopify, PayPal, shipping providers, and other service providers where necessary to operate the Website, process orders, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable law.

16. Website Availability and Disclaimer

We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate Website information and reliable operation. However, the Website may occasionally be interrupted because of maintenance, updates, technical problems, or circumstances outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website is provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that the Website will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Conradtrade LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the Website.

We are not responsible for damage caused by using a product contrary to its description, intended purpose, operating instructions, or reasonable use.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, or another liability that cannot legally be excluded.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Conradtrade LLC harmless from third-party claims or reasonable expenses resulting from:

Your unlawful use of the Website;
Your material violation of these Terms;
Fraudulent or intentionally harmful conduct; or
Your infringement of another person’s rights.

This provision does not apply to claims caused by our own violation of law or these Terms.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Disputes will be handled by a court with lawful jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer right allowing a claim to be brought elsewhere.

The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively change the material terms of an order already accepted unless required by law.
